No look today :[

Oh no!! It's a plain ol' simply blog! HIDE!!

Due to my camera's battery being dead (grr) I have zero looks to post today, and due to my internet about to be cut off because I'm moving to Chicago(!!) I'm sure it'll be a few days until I can really start to play around in my makeup and post some looks again.

It's actually come up quite quickly, this move. It's not the first time I've bounced around the country but I'm hoping it's the last for a while! I've gone from East Texas to South Florida, to Northwest Phoenix, and now i'm moving to the Northeast side of Chicago!

The second level, is where I'll be staying! Ally is going to love sunning in that massive bay window! I can't wait to get pics of the inside (I forgot to take some when we visited on the 15th), but the floors are mostly wood, and the kitchen and bathroom are all these pretty green/blue/black slate tiles.

Needless to say we're STOKED!

3D sparkle dupe!?

I was (well, still am) obsessing over M.A.C.'s 3D Silver glitter, and since I can't exactly run over the closest pro store, i had to get a little creative with it.

SO! If you use Pot's n Pan's NYX jumbo eye pencil all over your lid, and then put ben nye's silver sparkle pigment and some silver ring by M.A.C. you can get the silver hues. Then you put some wet n' wild white sparkle atop and viola! 3D silver glitter for the poor kid :]]

I couldn't find my visine to adhere my glitter, so i used eyelash glue all over my lid. B-A-D  I-D-E-A.
The first eye was fine, but the second eye, I used the same finger already coated in eyelash glue to apply it, and it started getting all clumpy and rolling up on me. Plus my liner didn't really stick like it typically does.
But all in all, it was worth the lesson. I'm going to try this again once I can locate my handy dandy oh so red eye clearing visine, and pray to god it works out a bit better :\

you can see in the crease, where I was talking about the glue "rolling" up on me.

For crease color I used, M.A.C.'s nocturnelle, and sketch

BONUS PICS!
here's a pretty awesome one of my guy

aaaaaand one of my cat

she looks so mad!

Here fishy fishy fishy!

This look was done a while ago, but I figured I'd post it anyways :]
It was the first time I really got my fake eyelashes to stick! Now I need more pairs -__- hahah.

I used The All Natural Face's gel liner in peacock as a base all over my lid, and then put M.A.C.'s Azreal Blue on top of it, then put Stars n' Rockets i believe in the crease . i'm not 100 percent on this but oh well. Hopefully I'll be able to recreate it one day hahaha

I apologize for the lack of brow upkeep in these photos, it's been taken care of since, I promise you!

and here's a picture of my cut crease attempt. It's super awful right?! Oh well, we all have to learn sometime and some where!!

Rainbow Brite

Rainbows, Rainbows, Everywhere!! This picture is with flash (obviously), I got home and out of the shower well after 10 pm so I could kiss natural day light photos goodbye! I do want to try this look again during the day time, just so I can get better pictures.

What's used you asked!?
UDPP all over the lid/lower lash line
M.A.C.'s Chrome Yellow in inner 1/2 lid
M.A.C.'s Rule on outer 1/2 lid
M.A.C.'s Passionate in crease
M.A.C.'s Pink Venus to blend out passionate
Toki Doki's Diamonte as highlight.
(quick glimpse of max!)
M.A.C's Overgrown on inner 1/4 lower lash line
M.A.C.'s Jewel Blue on the remaining lash line
M.A.C.'s Endless Love underneath Jewel Blue on outer lash line.
M.A.C.'S Fluidline in Blacktrack
M.A.C's Zoomlash in Black

I do apologize for the pictures they're not the best, but you can somewhat see how I placed them all!
It was a pretty awesome turnout I do say though.

I also went for round two, the next night with the same group of friends, but I completely blitzed out and forgot to take pictures of it. Which oddly enough, I found out, that it looks scarily like Jangsara's lastest creation. (Black with a magenta/fuschia in the crease) I didn't even plan that, or know that she did that look!! Great minds think alike, I suppose :D
Oh well, I hope you enjoy this one, it was so much fun to do, and even more fun to rock ;]

Blue Skies, Blue Eyes

I've been on a bit of a blue kick lately, which is odd for me. Blue eyeshadow typically scares the bajeebus out of me. It's a harder color to pull off, blend, and well just over all, use.

I was watching Petrilude's channel on YouTube, and he did a look using neon blue and a bright yellow color. I tried that and it look pretty much god awful, plus I was going to work and I didn't need to look like I just stepped off of the street corner. So! I slapped some "Humid" on top of the "Chrome Yellow" I originally had on my lid, and it came out this really pretty green color hahah. I blended "Jewel Blue" in the crease and I put it on top of my UD 24/7 Liner in the royal blue color. I fudge up with the liner, but meh, it was just a Sunday evening shift. I wasn't entirely too worried!

Ready for take off

This look was inspired by a comment i saw on makeupgeek's forum by Nepenthe. She mentioned to get that "purple" look it was actually M.A.C.'s "Stars N' Rockets" on a black base. I have both, so I immediately went to go play in my makeup!

Item's Used:

Hard Candy's Foiled Again Shimmer Stick in black (blended out all over the lid)
UDPP on lowerlash line
M.A.C.'s Stars N' Rockets all over lid/inner lash line
M.A.C.'s Jewel Blue in crease/outter lash line
M.A.C.'s Fluidline in Blacktrack
Urban Decay's Heavy Metal Glitter Liner in the translucent rainbow color.
Maybelline's Great Lash in Black Black

Pardon the stupid expression on my face, hahah, sometimes i just get a bit TOO excited when i'm taking pictures! I wish my camera would've picked up the purple tone a bit more from Stars N' Rockets, it's such a beautiful tone in person, and depending on how you move it really showed the DuoChrome effect.

Items on the rest of my face:
Loreal's Studio Effect's, color corrector in green
Hard Candy's color corrector palette in fair/light
Revlon's Custom Color Foundation setting 1 and 2 mixed
(they never put enough of each setting in the container i swear!)
Origin's Blush in Spice
Hard Candy's  Baked Blush in Coral

Eyebrows are filled with M.A.C.'s Cranberry and Mulch.

I'm not 100 percent sure what happened in the center of my lashes in this picture. The glitter liner probably attacked!
